Beer and Cheese Tasting
To accompany your assortment of beers and Bergeron cheese, serve crackers, biscuits, or a few slices of nut, rye, pumpernickel, or plain crusty bread. Round everything off with a few fresh fruits such as grapes, quartered apples and pears, as well as fresh figs, nuts, dried fruits, and even some pâtés, cold cuts, and small salty pickles.
