Bergeron Classique makes a great first course in a cheese tasting, is a perfect way to start a meal, goes wonderfully in sauces, fondue, and au gratin dishes, and always makes a terrific snack.

This cheese goes well with pale Pilsner beers, dry white wines such as Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Sauvignon, and Muscadet, dry rosé wines such as Rosé de Provence, and light red wines such as Beaujolais, Sancerre, Morgon, Gamay, and Pinot Noir.
