Patte Blanche is a rarity—a firm goat cheese. Its original taste was produced using our Gouda-making methods and experience. Unique in its class, it’s a tasty tip of the hat to goat cheese aficionados.

Its delicate goaty flavor makes it an ideal introduction to goat cheese and kids in particular love its slightly sweet taste. Served as a first course, it gives salads a wonderful flavor boost.

Patte Blanche marries well with pale Pilsner beers, dry white wines such as Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Sauvignon, and Muscadet, dry rosé wines such as Rosé de Provence, and light red wines such as Beaujolais, Sancerre, Morgon, Gamay, and Pinot Noir.

The result of the work of proud, conscientious cheesemakers, Patte Blanche has earned numerous distinctions, notably at the American Cheese Society Awards and Sélection Caseus, the Quebec fine cheese competition.
