Le P’tit Bonheur is a medium Gouda that offers a flavor and aroma with more character than Gouda Classique. To earn its name, Le P’tit Bonheur must successfully go through several selection stages during its six- to eight-month ripening process.

Perfect as a snack and a second course in a cheese tasting, it also gives sandwiches, salads, summer dishes, and hot meals a wonderful boost of flavor. It is especially preferred for making sauces and fondues.

Naturally it goes great with full-bodied beers, robust white wines such as Chardonnay and Gewürztraminer, and light red wines such as Beaujolais, Burgundy, Bordeaux, Mâcon Supérieur, Valpolicella, Gamay, Merlot, and Pinot Noir.

The result of the work of proud, conscientious cheesemakers, Le P’tit Bonheur has earned numerous distinctions, notably at Sélection Caseus, the Quebec fine cheese competition.
