Each features a creamy filling made with Gouda, Parmesan, Asiago, and cream cheese, coated with toasted wheat crumbs. Served on a lettuce leaf with a tomato slice or raw veggies, it makes a wonderful starter or original snack. Keeps for 40 days. Can be frozen.
